I do not believe in programs that go phase to phase without a reason. Every step inside the XPL methodology exists to do something specific. Here is how it runs.

We start with an archetype assessment. Not a generic fitness test. A real diagnostic that tells me how your body moves, what your nervous system defaults to under pressure, and where your actual leverage points are. That baseline drives everything that comes after.

PRECISION TRAINING
This is where the protocols go into effect. Bespoke programming built around your archetype, your mechanics, your schedule. The goal is not to make you tired. The goal is to make you better. Every set has a purpose. Every session is a brick in the structure.

This is where the work becomes permanent. I use neurological anchoring strategies to close the gap between the person you are training to be and the person you actually show up as. Once that clicks, the discipline does not feel forced. It feels like you.
