# Swole Neck: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

The Swole neck carries more baseline mass. Direct work completes the visual architecture.

The Swole at 160-190 lbs requires archetype-specific neck mechanics. The Meso-Endo structure creates specific lever lengths and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy

The meso-endo neck at this weight has more absolute cervical musculature than lighter archetypes from the isometric loading of heavy pulling movements. Direct plate-loaded work fills the gaps in neck flexion and lateral development that pulling alone cannot address.

## Layer 3: The Protocol

Primary: Neck extension with plate 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps with heavier plates. Secondary: Neck flexion with plate 3 sets of 15 reps. Tertiary: Neck lateral flexion 2 sets of 12 per side. Frequency: twice weekly.

Volume landmarks: maintenance at 8 to 10 weekly sets. Growth threshold at 12 sets. Specialization at 16 to 20 sets. Add load only when previous weight executes with full range and zero form breakdown.

## Layer 4: The Psychology

The Swole neck trained twice weekly completes the cervical visual architecture that the pulling history partially built.
