# Duchess Front Delts: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

The Duchess front delts are overtrained. Audit and correct pressing mechanics — do not add isolation.

The Duchess at 275-325 lbs requires archetype-specific front delts mechanics. The Endomorph structure creates specific leverage and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy

At 275-325 lbs the anterior deltoid receives substantial pressing stimulus and carries significant impingement risk from the pressing load history. No direct front delt isolation. Correct pressing mechanics to ensure the pec receives primary stimulus.

## Layer 3: The Protocol

No front delt isolation at this frame. Audit pressing mechanics. Machine pressing is the appropriate modality — it provides controlled resistance with manageable joint loading. Correct the pec loading deficit through mechanics, not isolation volume.

Volume: maintenance at 8 to 10 weekly sets. Growth at 12 sets. Specialization at 16 to 20 sets. Add load only when previous weight executes with full range and zero form breakdown.
