# Titan Shoulders: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

The Titan shoulders respond to seated machine overhead pressing with appropriate load management.

The Titan at 275-325 lbs requires archetype-specific shoulders mechanics. The Endomorph structure creates specific leverage and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.
