# Colossus Chest: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

Machine incline and chest press at physician-appropriate loads.

The Colossus at 325-375 lbs requires archetype-specific chest mechanics. The Endomorph structure creates specific leverage and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy
