# Colossus Neck: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

Conservative plate-loaded neck work under physician guidance.

The Colossus at 325-375 lbs requires archetype-specific neck mechanics. The Endomorph structure creates specific leverage and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy

At 325-375 lbs neck training begins with bodyweight-only movements and progresses to light plate resistance under physician guidance. Cervical stability and visual development are both goals.

## Layer 3: The Protocol

Begin bodyweight only: Neck extension bodyweight 3 sets of 15. Neck flexion bodyweight 3 sets of 15. Lateral flexion bodyweight 2 sets of 12 per side. Progress to plate resistance only with physician confirmation. Frequency: twice weekly.

Volume: maintenance at 8 to 10 weekly sets. Growth at 12 sets. Specialization at 16 to 20 sets. Add load only when previous weight executes with full range and zero form breakdown.

## Layer 4: The Psychology

The Colossus neck protocol begins conservatively and progresses under clinical guidance. The cervical development this produces is both structural and visual.

Identity Mirror: What story are you telling yourself about why this muscle group has not responded?

Action Trigger: When exactly is your next neck session, and what load will you use on the primary movement?

## Layer 5: The Exit

The Colossus neck trained twice weekly under conservative physician-guided progression builds the cervical architecture safely.

The Colossus frame trained with archetype-specific neck mechanics for 12 consecutive weeks produces structural development that generic programming cannot deliver.
