# Colossus Obliques: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

Seated cable oblique work and landmine rotation at conservative loads.

The Colossus at 325-375 lbs requires archetype-specific obliques mechanics. The Endomorph structure creates specific leverage and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.
