# Colossus Shoulders: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

Seated machine overhead pressing at physician-appropriate loads.

The Colossus at 325-375 lbs requires archetype-specific shoulders mechanics. The Endomorph structure creates specific leverage and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy
