# God Glutes: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

At 450+ lbs, all training is directed by the full medical team. This is a clinical pathway.

The God at 450+ lbs requires archetype-specific glutes mechanics. The Endomorph structure creates specific leverage and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy

At 450 pounds and above, resistance training is a medical decision managed by a physician, registered dietitian, physical therapist, and relevant specialists. Every movement prescription comes from the clinical team based on your specific cardiovascular capacity, joint mechanics, and baseline assessment. No general protocol applies at this weight without clinical calibration.

## Layer 3: The Protocol

Full medical team required before any resistance training. Starting point for all movement: bed-based and water-based activity as prescribed by physician and physical therapist. Pool walking and chair-based resistance movements are the primary early-phase modalities. Every progression is clinically authorized.
