# Slim Traps: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

The Slim traps respond to heavy barbell shrug loading. Build the neck-to-shoulder transition deliberately.

The Slim at 135-160 lbs requires archetype-specific traps mechanics. The Meso-Endo/Mesomorph structure creates specific lever lengths and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.
