At 325-375 lbs, the Regal frame's ab training begins with physician clearance and machine-only mechanics.

The Regal at 325-375 lbs requires archetype-specific abs mechanics. The Endomorph structure creates specific leverage and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy

The abdominal training protocol at 325-375 lbs uses machine-based seated cable crunches and daily stomach vacuums.
