# Regal Back: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

At 325-375 lbs, physician clearance required before trap bar deadlift. Machine rows are the primary pulling tool.

The Regal at 325-375 lbs requires archetype-specific back mechanics. The Endomorph structure creates specific leverage and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy

The Regal frame's back responds to machine-based pulling under physician clearance. Trap bar deadlift requires physician authorization at this weight. Lat pulldown and chest-supported machine row are the primary tools without clearance.

## Layer 3: The Protocol

Without physician clearance: Lat pulldown 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps. Chest-supported machine row 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps. Cable row 3 sets of 10 reps. With physician clearance: Trap bar deadlift added at conservative loads. Frequency: twice weekly.

Volume: maintenance at 8 to 10 weekly sets. Growth at 12 sets. Specialization at 16 to 20 sets. Add load only when previous weight executes with full range and zero form breakdown.

## Layer 4: The Psychology

The Regal back protocol begins with machine-based pulling and advances to trap bar deadlift under physician supervision. The clinical partnership manages the progression.

Identity Mirror: What story are you telling yourself about why this muscle group has not responded?

Action Trigger: When exactly is your next back session, and what load will you use on the primary movement?

## Layer 5: The Exit

The Regal back trained through machine rows and physician-supervised trap bar work builds the posterior chain foundation the transformation requires.

The Regal frame trained with archetype-specific back mechanics for 12 consecutive weeks produces structural development that generic programming cannot deliver.
