# Built Biceps: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

The Built biceps are the most absolute-mass arm at the non-clinical archetypes. Heavy EZ bar and preacher curl loading.

The Built at 190-230 lbs requires archetype-specific biceps mechanics. The Meso-Endo/Endomorph structure creates specific lever lengths and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy

The endomorphic bicep at 190 to 230 pounds with training history responds to heavy EZ bar curl loading and preacher curl work for peak contraction. The arm circumference at this frame is significant — the training goal is definition and peak development, not mass addition.

## Layer 3: The Protocol

Primary: EZ bar curl 3 to 4 sets of 5 to 8 reps with heavy loading. Secondary: Preacher curl 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps for peak contraction stimulus. Tertiary: Hammer curl 3 sets of 10 reps. Two arm sessions per week.

Volume landmarks: maintenance at 8 to 10 weekly sets. Growth threshold at 12 sets. Specialization at 16 to 20 sets. Add load only when previous weight executes with full range and zero form breakdown.

## Layer 4: The Psychology

The Built bicep responds to heavy EZ bar loading at the weight the training history supports. Definition and peak development are the goals — load the movements accordingly.

Identity Mirror: What story are you telling yourself about why this muscle group has not responded?

Action Trigger: When exactly is your next biceps session, and what load will you use on the primary movement?

## Layer 5: The Exit

The Built biceps built through 12 weeks of heavy EZ bar curls and preacher work produce the arm definition the endomorphic somatotype makes available when trained specifically.

The Built frame trained with archetype-specific biceps mechanics for 12 consecutive weeks produces structural development that generic programming cannot deliver.
