Don’t Dwell Positive thought rules the day When the negative thoughts come – and they will; they come to all of us – it’s not enough to just not dwell on it… You’ve got to replace it with a positive thought.

Joel Osteen We like to live in the realm of negativity. Its just a matter of bad programming. We have to change the way we think, in order to increase our success and ability to thrive. Direct your thought Whatever you dwell on in the conscious grows in your experience. Brian Tracy Brian Tracy famously says, “You get what you think about most of the time.” Truer words have never been spoken. You conscious is a powerful computer and negative thoughts are waste of such a precious resource. Press forward not backwards Too many people dwell on the past: the thing is to get on with life. Zarin Mehta A lot of people like to press the rewind button and relive past failures. Instead the key is to press forward, and maintain a positive outlook because better, and more positive things are always on the horizon. Relinquish all pain and regret If you start to dwell on your pain, the amount of pain will increase. Kurt Elling We have to move past whatever pain point we have in our lives. The best thing we can do is to productively move past all pain point. Productive distractions can help, these are the things that you must do anyways, because they will undoubtedly change your life. Victories come and go, so whats your next goal I never dwell on what I’ve personally achieved. Things like what they looked like in high school, what kinds of materialistic things they’ve owned in the past. Or may be they might even own a foreign car, that is so old, it is now a domestic, because it has its green card. My point is , don’t dwell to long on what you’ve done, set and work on your next goal.
