# Duchess Biceps: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

The Duchess biceps carry significant mass. Machine and preacher curl work at appropriate loads drives definition.

The Duchess at 275-325 lbs requires archetype-specific biceps mechanics. The Endomorph structure creates specific leverage and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy
