# Round Biceps: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

The Round biceps carry significant absolute mass. Definition through progressive EZ bar and preacher curl loading.

The Round at 230-275 lbs requires archetype-specific biceps mechanics. The Endomorph structure creates specific lever lengths and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy
