# Swole Side Delts: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

The Swole lateral deltoid responds to heavy cable and dumbbell work. Load at the intensity the training history supports.

The Swole at 160-190 lbs requires archetype-specific side delts mechanics. The Meso-Endo structure creates specific lever lengths and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy

The meso-endo lateral deltoid at this weight produces visible shoulder cap development from progressive cable and dumbbell lateral work. The load at this frame is meaningfully heavier than lighter archetypes — the shoulder cap development appears faster.

## Layer 3: The Protocol

Primary: Cable lateral raise 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps per side with heavy progressive load. Secondary: Dumbbell lateral raise 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps with controlled heavy weight. Tertiary: Leaning cable lateral raise 3 sets of 15 per side. Progress both movements every two weeks.

Volume landmarks: maintenance at 8 to 10 weekly sets. Growth threshold at 12 sets. Specialization at 16 to 20 sets. Add load only when previous weight executes with full range and zero form breakdown.

## Layer 4: The Psychology

The Swole side delt responds to heavy lateral loading at a visible rate. The shoulder cap that develops within 6 weeks confirms the protocol is working.

Identity Mirror: What story are you telling yourself about why this muscle group has not responded?

Action Trigger: When exactly is your next side delts session, and what load will you use on the primary movement?

## Layer 5: The Exit

The Swole side delts trained with heavy progressive lateral work for 12 weeks produce the shoulder width that completes the meso-endo physique.

The Swole frame trained with archetype-specific side delts mechanics for 12 consecutive weeks produces structural development that generic programming cannot deliver.
