- “The [Archetype] Training Reality” — Straight talk about what this archetype needs
- Focus on: goals, biomechanics, training history, common pitfalls, what works
- Keep it raw, direct, no therapy-session language
- No “your wound is X, your defense is Y” — just “here’s what you need to do and why”
5. CLOSING FORMAT
Replace identity activation commands with:
- A direct command or takeaway
- Reference to the 8 Pillars where relevant
- “Inertia Over Inspiration. Engineered by XPL.” stays
- No “become your activated self” language
6. VOICE REMINDERS
- Strictly I, me, my. Never we, us, our.
- Active voice mandatory.
- Short paragraphs (2-3 lines max).
- Zero fluff. Zero AI-sounding phrases.
- No em dashes anywhere. Periods or semicolons only.
