  • Focus on: goals, biomechanics, training history, common pitfalls, what works
  • Keep it raw, direct, no therapy-session language
  • No “your wound is X, your defense is Y” — just “here’s what you need to do and why”

5. CLOSING FORMAT

Replace identity activation commands with:

  • A direct command or takeaway
  • Reference to the 8 Pillars where relevant
  • Inertia Over Inspiration. Engineered by XPL.” stays
  • No “become your activated self” language

6. VOICE REMINDERS

  • Strictly I, me, my. Never we, us, our.
  • Active voice mandatory.
  • Short paragraphs (2-3 lines max).
  • Zero fluff. Zero AI-sounding phrases.
  • No em dashes anywhere. Periods or semicolons only.
  • Every bullet tight, bold, punch like doctrine.
