# Thick Biceps: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

The Thick biceps respond to heavy EZ bar and preacher curl loading.

The Thick at 190-230 lbs requires archetype-specific biceps mechanics. The Meso-Endo/Endomorph structure creates specific lever lengths and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy

The endomorphic bicep at this weight and training age responds to EZ bar curl loading at 5 to 8 reps and preacher curl work for peak contraction. Definition and peak development are the goals.

## Layer 3: The Protocol
