# Built Quads: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

The Built quads respond to hack squat and leg press intensity at the weight the training history built.

The Built at 190-230 lbs requires archetype-specific quads mechanics. The Meso-Endo/Endomorph structure creates specific lever lengths and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy

The endomorphic quad at 190 to 230 pounds responds to hack squat and leg press loading at heavy weights. Front squat mechanics remain — upright torso position maximizes quad loading — but the absolute loads are heavier than lighter archetypes. Box squats are available for the Built frame's hip-hinge dominant mechanics.

## Layer 3: The Protocol
