Canned and frozen veggies what should I avoid eating

What is the main benefit of frozen veggies and fruit Convenience, and sometimes cost, are the two main benefits of frozen veggies and fruit. Which form is better, obviously anything in a cream or syrup is a no no. Outside of that your options are unlimited. In terms of things that in my local grocery store cost about the same, some times spinach is the same price froze, as it is in produce aisle. Therefore I usually get the one from the produce aisle unless I know my current meal prep doesn’t require a lot of it. In that case I get spinach from the frozen  veggie aisle. Why canned or frozen veggies and fruits? They can easily be stored for later use, and  have a longer shelf life than their produce aisle counter parts. List of canned foods Black beans Lentils Chickpeas Pinto beans Tomatoes Pineapples Pears List of Frozen veggies Mixed veggies Mixed fruits Any kind of berry frozen Pineapples Peas Avocado Bananas Cauliflower Broccoli Brussels sprouts This is not a definitive list These are only a few of the items that come to mind, of course not veggie items like seafood, is acceptable both frozen and canned. The goal is to look for things that have been minimally processed.
