Alcohol consumption weakens your immune system

Alcohol only harms you brief note for those who don’t want to read the whole thing A alcohol is another reason people struggle to lose weight and stay healthy, is due to the fact that they love to drink. Even consuming one cup of alcohol (for women) two cups (for men), which is the recommended minimum daily intake is hazardous for your health. The early warning signs Essentially you’re  drinking poison, and you immune system suffers because of it. Hence, the hangovers, and upset stomach most people experience the following day. Dehydration, impaired sleep, and inflammation All of the above, occurs with just a daily intake of 1 cup  for women, and 2 cups for men. Most people don’t measure the volume of liquor they consume, if you’re like a few of my clients. It’s probably best measured in terms of bottles, versus asking  how many cups did you drink . Liquor produces free radicals that can damage cells of the GI tract, and increase inflammation in the body. Inflammation can be achy joints and impair your organs. Namely the lungs, and their ability to be an inflammatory agent. The brain and liver for obvious reasons. And some people get IBS or Irritable bowel syndrome. It also impairs and destroy your gut microbiome health, which has been tied to weight issues.
