XPL Muscle Group Hypertrophy Articles — Execution Plan

Project Scope

Produce 14 comprehensive, SEO-optimized blog articles for xperformancelab.com, one per muscle group. Each article covers all 22 XPL Constitutional Archetypes (11 Women + 11 Men) with tailored exercise selection, volume landmarks, and programming notes per archetype. Articles are rewritten and rebranded from RP Strength source material to match XPL voice, terminology, and framework.

Source Material

  • RP Strength Articles (14 URLs): Rear Delts, Side Delts, Hamstrings, Quads, Biceps, Chest, Glutes, Front Delts, Calves, Forearms, Triceps, Traps, Abs, Back
  • XPL Constitutional Archetype Matrix v3.4: 22 archetypes with somatotypes, build signatures, goal pathways, training protocols, nutrition stacks, and XPL Level programming notes.

Article Structure (Each of the 14)

  1. Hero Section — Muscle-specific intro, XPL-branded, SEO meta logic
  2. Anatomy & Function — Scientific basis, rewritten in XPL voice
  3. XPL Volume Landmarks — MV, MEV, MAV, MRV, MAVP, MRVP rebranded for the muscle
  4. Best Exercises by Movement Category — 3-4 categories per muscle with exercise list
  5. The 22 Archetype Protocols — For each archetype: exercise selection bias, volume adjustments, rep ranges, special considerations, crossover mentions
  6. XPL Level Programming — How each level (I-V) modifies the muscle-specific protocol
  7. Advanced Techniques — Tempo, autoregulation, deloads, intensity techniques
  8. Common Mistakes — XPL-branded warnings
  9. FAQ / Quick Reference — SEO-rich Q&A

Archetype Crossover Logic

When multiple archetypes share similar training ideology for a given muscle group, each still gets its own section but cross-references the shared approach with a note like: “This ideology is also shared by [Archetype X] and [Archetype Y] — see their sections for protocol nuances.”

New / Twisted Terminology

  • Volume Landmarks → “Training Saturation Points” (MV = Maintenance Dose, MEV = Growth Threshold, MAV = Optimal Stimulus Zone, MRV = Overreaching Ceiling)
  • Progressive Overload → “Capacity Expansion”
  • Mind-Muscle Connection → “Neuromuscular Recruitment Fidelity”
  • Deload → “Recovery Amplification Phase” or “System Reset”
  • Compound vs Isolation → “Structural vs Precision Loading”

Voice & Tone

  • No AI watermarks. No generic fluff.
  • Authoritative but accessible. Science-backed but practical.
  • XPL Core: “Inertia Over Inspiration. Engineered by XPL.”
  • Avoid: “In this article we will discuss…”, “It is important to note…”, “As we know…”
  • Use: Direct address, actionable commands, behavioral frameworks.

SEO Requirements

  • E-E-A-T signals: Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness
  • Semantic keyword clusters per muscle group
  • Schema-friendly H2/H3 structure
  • Internal linking opportunities to other XPL articles
  • Answer-target format for featured snippets

Execution Stages

Stage 1 — Source Harvesting (Orchestrator)

Fetch and cache all 14 RP Strength articles. Extract volume landmarks, exercise categories, rep ranges, and key programming principles per muscle group.

Stage 2 — Article Writing (Parallel Subagents)

Deploy 14 writer subagents in parallel, one per muscle group. Each receives:

  • Full XPL Constitutional Archetype Matrix
  • Extracted RP Strength data for their assigned muscle
  • Article template and voice guidelines
  • Crossover mapping instructions

Stage 3 — Quality Review (Parallel Subagents)

Deploy review subagents to check each article for:

  • XPL brand compliance
  • Archetype coverage completeness (all 22 addressed)
  • Scientific accuracy
  • SEO optimization
  • No AI watermarking / word salad

Stage 4 — Integration & Output (Orchestrator)

Compile all 14 articles into final deliverable format. Generate table of contents / index file.

Output

14 individual .md files saved to /mnt/agents/output/xpl_articles/
