# Regal Glutes: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

Glute drive machine and seated hip abduction at physician-appropriate loads.

The Regal at 325-375 lbs requires archetype-specific glutes mechanics. The Endomorph structure creates specific leverage and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy

The Regal glute responds to glute drive machine or seated hip extension machine loading. The machine eliminates the barbell setup that significant body weight makes complex. Seated hip abduction develops the glute medius.

## Layer 3: The Protocol

Primary: Glute drive machine 3 to 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps with progressive loading. Secondary: Seated hip abduction machine 3 sets of 15 reps. Tertiary: Standing cable kickback 3 sets of 15 per leg. Physician awareness recommended. Frequency: twice weekly.

Volume: maintenance at 8 to 10 weekly sets. Growth at 12 sets. Specialization at 16 to 20 sets. Add load only when previous weight executes with full range and zero form breakdown.
