# Titan Quads: The Architecture for This Frame

## Layer 1: The Frame

The Titan quads respond to leg press and machine squat loading. Spinal loading from free weight squats is managed through machine selection.

The Titan at 275-325 lbs requires archetype-specific quads mechanics. The Endomorph structure creates specific leverage and recruitment patterns that determine which movements produce mechanical tension and which produce compensation.

## Layer 2: The Anatomy

The endomorphic quad at 275-325 lbs responds to leg press and machine hack squat at appropriate loads. The leg press eliminates the spinal loading that free weight squat mechanics create at this body weight. The seated leg extension provides isolation stimulus without spinal or hip demand.

## Layer 3: The Protocol

Primary: Leg press 3 to 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps with heavy loading. Secondary: Machine hack squat 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps. Tertiary: Seated leg extension 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps. Frequency: twice weekly.

Volume: maintenance at 8 to 10 weekly sets. Growth at 12 sets. Specialization at 16 to 20 sets. Add load only when previous weight executes with full range and zero form breakdown.

## Layer 4: The Psychology

The Titan quad protocol uses machine mechanics to deliver quad stimulus without the spinal loading that free weight squat demands at this body weight. The machine is the correct tool.

Identity Mirror: What story are you telling yourself about why this muscle group has not responded?

Action Trigger: When exactly is your next quads session, and what load will you use on the primary movement?

## Layer 5: The Exit

The Titan quads trained through leg press and machine hack squat for 12 weeks produce the lower body strength and definition the cut protocol is revealing.

The Titan frame trained with archetype-specific quads mechanics for 12 consecutive weeks produces structural development that generic programming cannot deliver.
