So already, with that being said we know that beauty is subjective and in the eye of beholder. However when it comes to how we see ourselves, our vision is skewed and are self critical. Health conditions Sure numbers like the one on the scale or BMI can be a good indicator for our health. We can use these numbers to determine we are at risk for certain cancers, diabetes and heart disease. But most of us weight ourselves not for health concerns, but as an indicator of our beauty. yay or nay If you can weigh yourself everyday, without being overly critical or getting depressed, by all means do so. I personally prefer every 2-3 weeks, if you are doing everything you should you can expect positive changes. The protocol In the morning on an empty stomach and after using the bathroom. Keep your scale on a solid surface not carpet if possible. A digital scale is a must, step on and off to make sure you get the same number. If not then you need a new scale or batteries.
