Can I really lose more weight by eating more? Yes you really can lose more weight by eating more, there are some nuisances to what I mean so I want you guys to look at the following to schools or train of thoughts. You may have cut calories too much and entered starvation mode. You may be wasting calories on foods you don’ t need to eat Fasting can be a great way of getting your metabolism firing so that you can eat more You aren’t seeking out foods with volume or density so you feel limiting and unsatisfied with your meals. Starvation mode A lot of people end eating to few calories and that can actually cause you to gain weight. A lot of people eat even less calories when they see the number on the scale increasing. If this is you than seek out a dietitian and add back calories in the meantime. You may even notice the weight stops to drop again at a higher caloric intake. Stop drinking calories The other side of the scale is that people consume far too many liquid calories such as juice and pop. When simply having fruit can be just as rewarding and give you way more nutrients.
