But most of us weight ourselves not for health concerns, but as an indicator of our beauty. yay or nay If you can weigh yourself everyday, without being overly critical or getting depressed, by all means do so. I personally prefer every 2-3 weeks, if you are doing everything you should you can expect positive changes. The protocol In the morning on an empty stomach and after using the bathroom.
